The Company was founded in 2022 by Himanshu Agarwal(Founder, CEO, Director) along with his father(Director) Anil Kumar and his mother Neelima Agarwal(Director).

Though Established in 2022, yet our history starts in the year 1992 when Anil Kumar (Co-founder & Proprietor) of Sri Balaji Trading Company(est 1986) and Sree Geeta Agencies, Hyderabad entered in B2B business of Home Appliances and in 2005 it affiliated with IOCL,HPCL and BPCL as Non Fuel Products distributor cum supplier across Telangana ,Andhra Pradesh ,Orrisa and Chattisgarh.

​In 2007 my father Anil Kumar opened a branch office of Sri Balaji Trading Company in Bangalore and expanded our business territory in Karnataka. In the year 2018 he shifted his head office from Hyderabad to Bangalore with formation of Shree Ramavatar and Company (Propreitor-Neelima Agarwal) and simultaneously opened a branch office in Kolkata serving customers in the state of West Bengal and Jharkhand.

Today we proudly say that we have served 60+ lakhs customer and continue our endeavor to serve our customers with the same zeal since we served our first customer in 1992.​

Our factory, located in Kalkere, Bangalore, is equipped with all the fabrication machinery, from the de-coiler to the buffing machine to the carton packing machine.​

We have a streamlined production process, ensuring precision, durability, and quality in every product.​
